Lisbon to host UEFA Champions League: Confirmed

UEFA have confirmed that the 2019/20 Champions League quarter-finals, semi-finals and final will be played as a straight knockout tournament in Lisbon in August. All these ties will be single-leg fixtures.

The date for the competitions return is the 7th of August and the fixtures will be split between Sporting CP’s Estádio José Alvalade and SL Benfica’s Estádio da Luz.

UEFA are yet to make a decision on the location of the remaining Round of 16 games and if they do take place in a neutral venue, Vitória SC’s Estádio D. Afonso Henriques and FC Porto’s Estádio do Dragão have been chosen to host them.
