Four Portuguese Players in GOAL NXGN Top 50 Wonderkids List

Online football website GOAL has devised a list ranking the 50 best wonderkids in world football, entitled NXGN Top 50. The list ranks players born on or after January 1, 2002 from around the world.

Interestingly, three of the four players play for Sporting CP, a club who over the last season and a half under Rúben Amorim, have been noted for how many chances they have given to youth talents.

44th – Joelson Fernandes – Sporting CP

36th – Eduardo Quaresma – Sporting CP

28th – Nuno Mendes – Sporting CP

17th – Fábio Silva – Wolverhampton Wanderers FC
